    Shipping & Return


    Tracking

    After the order is shipped, please wait 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to completely update the tracking number in their system. Please note that your order is actually out the door and the status of the tracking number may not update as soon as it leaves our warehouse. After this, you can track the order on the postal website of the given carrier.

    Promotional & Discount Codes

    Only one couple code can be used per order. Due to prerequisites for certain promotional codes, we do not allow partial refunds for forgotten promotional codes at checkout. Coupons received after your purchase are exclusively for future orders and cannot be applied to previous purchases. 

    Wrong Address

    The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered is correct. We will do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so always contact our Customer Service Team to correct wrong shipping addresses entered at checkout. If you think the delivery address provided is wrong, please contact us immediately.

    If the product is returned because of the wrong address you provided, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

    Package lost or stolen

    We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered to your address, but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors, around the fences near your house or behind bushes that surround your porch. If you still cannot locate your package, report to the respective shipping company. If you have any questions about this, please contact our customer support team.

    Return

    To request a return authorization, please email us at <sale@alvantor.com>. All returns require a return authorization.

    Unless the return is due to Alvantor's error (i.e. The item is damaged or defective upon arrival), the original shipping cost will not be refunded and you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Any claim for damaged or defective products must be made within within 72 hours of the delivery of your order. If the claim is made after 72 hours, we will honor our 1 year limited warranty and provide you with the best repair option for your product and issue. Returns are not allowed 30 days after the order is delivered, unless it is a quality issue.

    For orders which we provide a return label, we will no longer support returns if not returned within 30 days of providing the label.

    If the product is returned because of the wrong address you provided, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

    In the following cases, a 20% restocking fee will apply to your return:

    • Order/ item rejected on delivery
    • Unauthorized return
    • Cancel the order after fulfillment
    • Requesting a return after shipping without product quality issues

    About Return fee:

    Return in transit: 8% + $17 fee (Exclude refused delivery)
    New, unopened return: 10% + return shipping (Include refused delivery)
    Used, opened return: 20% + return shipping

    WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGES DUE TO NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR OR MISUSE OF PRODUCT.
