We estimate restock dates based on previous transit times, but sometimes shipments can get held up in transit, border customs, or a plethora of other situations. Estimated dates are subject to change due to these circumstances. For the most up to date estimates, please check the item page.
If you move to a new address, it is your responsibility to notify us before the item has shipped. We are unable to cancel or change shipping details for an order that has already shipped or already in the shipping process, which will usually upload the tracking number within 1 hour.
If your order contains a mix of in-stock and pre-order items, the order will ship out once ALL items are back in stock. If you have placed an order with mixed-date items and would like to receive the in-stock items sooner, please contact customer service where they can contact our warehouse and confirm if splitting your order is possible.
You can cancel your pre-order up to 24 hours before estimated ship date without penalty.
If the item is shipped and you would like to cancel your order before delivery, a $17.00 return to sender fee will be charged.
We offer free shipping for all orders within the Contiguous US.
**Due to the current situation in the US right now, we cannot make any promises to shipping speed and we do not recommend expedited shipping. We will not refund any shipping for the delay caused by carries. Please refer to those notes on carries’ website also.
All orders (except pre-orders) will be processed within 2-5 business days. The delivery time for your orders will be 3-10 days, depending on the location and carries’ situation.
You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information via email when your order has shipped.
To request a return authorization, please email us to firstname.lastname@example.org. All returns require a return authorization.
Unless the return is due to Alvantor's error (i.e. The item is damaged or defective upon arrival), the original shipping cost will not be refunded and you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Any claim for damaged or defective products must be made within within 72 hours of the delivery of your order. If the claim is made after 72 hours, we will honor our 1 year limited warranty and provide you with the best repair option for your product and issue.
If the product is returned because a wrong address was provided, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
In the following cases, the refund amount will be reduced by 20% as the original shipping cost and restock fee:
