We offer free shipping for all orders within the Contiguous US.
**Due to the current situation in the US right now, we cannot make any promises to shipping speed and we do not recommend expedited shipping. We will not refund any shipping for the delay caused by carries. Please refer to those notes on carries’ website also.
All orders (except pre-orders) will be processed within 2-5 business days.
The delivery time for your orders will be 3-10 days, depending on the location and carries’ situation.
You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information via email when your order has shipped.
To request a return authorization, please email us to firstname.lastname@example.org. All returns require a return authorization.
Unless the return is due to Alvantor's error, the item is damaged or defective originally, the original shipping cost will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Please report to us if there are any damages or defective products within 72 hours upon receiving the order. If the length is prolonged to over 72 hours, we will help you repair with 1 year limited warranty.
If the product is returned because a wrong address was provided, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
In the following cases, the refund amount will be reduced by 20% as the original shipping cost and restock fee:
Order/item rejected on delivery
Returns are made without authorization
Received more than 30 days
Cancel the order after fulfillment or request a return after shipping without products quality issues
